Pax8 is hiring a Remote Partner Marketing Content Specialist to accelerate Microsoft solution adoption across the United States. You will empower our partner community with impactful campaigns, engaging content, and innovative marketing programs.

You will collaborate with global teams, agencies, and Microsoft stakeholders to design scalable programs that drive measurable growth and partner participation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging partner marketing initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, and demand for Microsoft solutions across the partner ecosystem.
• Develop compelling campaign assets, partner toolkits, promotional materials, and enablement content that make it easy for partners to market effectively.
• Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Coordinate marketing investment programs and support partner-facing initiatives that maximize campaign participation and program success.
• Act as a trusted marketing advisor, helping partners understand available opportunities, campaign strategies, and marketing best practices.
• Collaborate across Partner Experience, Sales Enablement, regional marketing teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Monitor campaign engagement and performance metrics, turning insights into recommendations that improve outcomes and partner participation.
• Contribute to the development of scalable marketing frameworks and repeatable programs that support growth across the Microsoft partner community.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000
