Job summary

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. The company seeks a Partner Manager to build and scale its US channel partner ecosystem, recruiting and enabling partners to expand market presence and drive joint opportunities.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop channel strategies, onboard new partners, and manage performance against ARR targets in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in channel partner management, within the technology and storage industry with deep experience in software defined services.
  • Deep understanding of the US market and channel dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand MinIO's market presence.
  • Channel Development: Nurture and develop existing channel relationships for mutual growth and success.
  • Channel Development: Grow Partner-led opportunity Pipeline & achieve Partner Attached ARR targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive joint marketing, sales, and product initiatives with channel partners.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their understanding of MinIO's solutions and optimize their sales capabilities.
  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies and co-selling opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs to measure the success of channel partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of your partner’s MinIO business opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster open lines of communication between MinIO and channel partners to ensure a seamless and productive relationship.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate cross-functional teams to address partner needs and resolve any issues promptly.

We're looking for a Partner Manager to join our growing team and help build out our channel partner ecosystem in the United States. This is a great opportunity for a partner management professional with a few years of hands-on experience who's ready to take on more ownership, work closely with senior leadership, and grow their career in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do:

Channel Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand MinIO's market presence.
