Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly qualified, partner-level Trusts & Estates attorney with a minimum of 6 years’ experience. You will support high-net-worth individuals and multinational families through comprehensive, sophisticated estate, income, partnership, tax, and succession planning.

You’ll lead client relationships, mentor associates, and collaborate across the firm on domestic and international matters, ensuring compliance with evolving Florida and federal laws while delivering strategic,

Qualifications

J.D. and Florida Bar admission required; minimum 6 years in estate, wealth, or tax planning.
Experience handling domestic and international matters; readiness to develop business.
LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design & implement complex domestic and international estate plans using wills, trusts, and other vehicles.
Advise on income, partnership, corporate, and personal planning strategies for high net-worth clients.
Analyze and optimize transfer-tax issues including gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes.
Lead client relationships, mentoring associates, and collaborating across firm teams.
Maintain compliance with evolving applicable laws.
