Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business‑critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e‑signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

The Partner Experience Specialist plays a key role in defining and evolving how partners experience Docusign’s Partner Program. This role identifies partner needs, friction, and opportunities across the end‑to‑end partner journey and designs experiences that make it easier for partners to engage, build capability, take action, and realize value. A key differentiator of this role is the ability to apply Agentic AI and emerging technologies to transform partner experiences at scale. The Specialist will identify high‑value opportunities, rapidly prototype and build AI‑powered experiences and agents, and partner with cross‑functional teams to bring successful experiences to scale. The role combines strong partner and experience design skills with hands‑on Agentic AI capabilities, data‑driven decision making, and a builder mindset. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable understanding a partner journey, analyzing behavioral data, and building an AI‑powered experience to solve a real partner problem.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Partner Experience & Readiness.

Responsibility

  • Map and continuously improve end‑to‑end partner journeys across the Partner Program, identifying friction, gaps, and opportunities to simplify the partner experience
  • Conduct structured partner discovery through interviews, feedback, behavioral data, and journey analysis to identify unmet needs and experience opportunities
  • Translate partner insights, behavioral data, and business priorities into prioritized experience improvements
  • Define future‑state partner experiences across program entry, onboarding, readiness, specialization, engagement, benefits, and value realization
  • Prioritize experience opportunities based on partner value, business impact, feasibility, and scalability
  • Identify opportunities to make partner interactions more intuitive, personalized, connected, and scalable
  • Establish experience principles and standards that guide how partners interact with Docusign
  • Partner across Programs, Partner Readiness, Operations, DTS, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to create a connected partner experience across touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities where Agentic AI can materially improve partner journeys, engagement, productivity, and value realization
  • Design and build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and AI‑powered experiences that solve specific partner problems
  • Rapidly prototype new experiences, test them with partners and internal users, and iterate based on data and feedback
  • Explore emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical applications for the partner ecosystem
  • Develop repeatable patterns and frameworks for incorporating Agentic AI into partner experiences at scale
  • Bring an AI‑first mindset to the evolution of the Partner Program and challenge traditional approaches to partner engagement and support
  • Connect and optimize partner experiences across key digital and AI‑enabled touchpoints, including Partner Program experiences, co‑sell platforms, AI readiness experiences, and future partner‑facing capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to personalize partner experiences based on partner profile, maturity, engagement, capabilities, and goals
  • Drive adoption of new partner experiences by ensuring they are intuitive, relevant, connected, and tied to clear partner outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to create consistent experiences across partner segments, regions, and journeys while allowing for relevant personalization
  • Design experiences that increasingly enable partners to independently discover information, make decisions, and take action
  • Define experience and adoption KPIs that measure whether partners are successfully engaging, taking action, and realizing value
  • Analyze partner behavior, feedback, and engagement data to identify friction and improvement opportunities
  • Establish test‑and‑learn practices to continuously optimize partner experiences and AI‑powered journeys
  • Measure AI experience adoption, engagement, task completion, recurring usage, and business impact
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Partner Program Leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Serve as the connective point between partner needs, experience design, and technical execution
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partner Operations to move concepts from prototype to scalable experiences
  • Influence priorities and roadmaps based on partner needs, data, emerging technology, and business impact
  • Establish repeatable methods for designing, testing, launching, and improving partner experiences globally
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to accelerate adoption and scale of new partner experiences
