Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments, optimize implementations, and manage integrations to build strong, long-term device partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Operations and Marketing to improve operations and launch new solutions.
• Balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, and drive cross-functional initiatives from conception to deployment.
