Qualifications

• Three+ years of practice experience is required.
• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA).
• Current, valid state license to practice dentistry in Illinois (or eligible).
• CPR, DEA, and other state-specific certifications as required.
• Strong interest in becoming a partner in the near term.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care.
• Develop and present treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
• Lead and mentor staff while upholding ethical and professional standards.
• Support practice growth and participate in ongoing education.
