Position Overview

Now Hiring! Partner Channel Sales Executive

Location: Remote in the US

Salary: Starting at $100K - 150K + Incentive Pay

Job Summary: The Partner Channel Sales Executive will report directly to the Co-Founder & Chair. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for building relationships to nurture our agency partnership opportunities. You must have a track record of forging new business partnerships that impact growth, as well as improving existing partner engagement within the martech industry. Success in this role requires organization, collaboration, solution selling, and a strong desire to win. Deep ties within the digital agency arena would be invaluable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify new Partners and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate the value of the Resulticks solution to C-level executives as well as technical professionals at various levels
  • Analyze each partner’s business and develop compelling GTM strategies that are aligned with the partner’s unique business objectives
  • Work with partners to identify target accounts, generate selling strategies, conduct lead generation activities, identify and nurture opportunities through closure
  • Facilitate and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position Resulticks platform and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives
  • Manage, track and report on business plan development, action items, results

CRM Management

  • Maintain updated and accurate partner pipeline forecasting

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales or business development within the enterprise software or systems integrations space
  • 5+ years of experience within agency partnership services
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (business, marketing, or computer science); an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, Alliance Sales, Systems Integrator Sales, or sales for a management consulting firm
  • Experience building an efficient partner ecosystem with tracking, registrations, collateral, etc.
  • Ability to formulate and articulate joint value-propositions with partners
  • Clear communication and executive level presentation skills
  • Ad agency experience will be an added advantage
  • Must be a natural collaborator
  • Must have authorization to work in the USA

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Able to travel as needed (Regional travel of 25% or more)
