Job summary

Amazon is seeking a highly capable AWS Specialist & Partner Organization (ASP) professional to co-build AI agents that automate partner-program workflows. You will design and deploy multi-agent architectures using Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP, delivering PoC engagements end-to-end from discovery to executive readout.

You will own the full engagement lifecycle with partner leadership, write production code, and contribute reusable templates and IaC patterns to scale impact across customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-build AI agents with APO engineering.
• Work with engineering teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate partner-program processes: technical validations, competency assessments, contract review, co-sell workflows, and MSP tooling.
• Architect externalization pipelines that move agents from internal proof-of-concept into Partner Central, where they run against live partner workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP servers.
