Goldberg Segalla is seeking a Partner to join our Civil Trial and Construction practice in Buffalo, NY.

Our team handles a wide range of matters for national and regional clients, and partners can draw on attorneys and resources across offices and disciplines to serve clients wherever their needs arise.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $110,000 - $250,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Our attorneys handle claims ranging from routine negligence actions to complex, high-exposure litigation involving significant damages and challenging factual issues.

Attorneys in this practice manage cases through all phases of litigation and regularly work with experts, witnesses, insurers, and clients to develop efficient and effective defense strategies. The practice provides substantial courtroom exposure, litigation experience, and opportunities to work on diverse matters across multiple industries.
