Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based ABA methods. The role spans home visits, centers, and community settings, with a remote-friendly approach.

You will follow clinical plans, celebrate small wins, and thrive in a flexible, dynamic environment. Training and career growth are provided as you develop alongside the children you support.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6+ months of ABA experience.
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) required where applicable.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Telehealth/Virtual Experience Preferred
• Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Willingness to complete training and documentation
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client
