Job summary

Charles Schwab invites individuals to join as a Participant Service Professional, answering inbound calls from stock plan participants and guiding them through stock plan options, transactions, and education.

You will participate in a structured Schwab Service Academy program, gain licensing credentials (SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63), and start a career focused on helping clients plan for their financial future.

• Educate participants on their stock plans and assist with transactions for options, restricted stock, ESPPs, and more.

You'll educate participants on their stock plans, assist with transactions for options, restricted stock, ESPPs, and more, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Through structured training, coaching, and hands-on experience, you'll build expertise in financial services and gain skills for a rewarding career. We'll support you from day one with paid training in the Schwab Service Academy, helping you earn your SIE and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, 63 preferred or must be obtained as a condition of employment.
• Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
