Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks a Full Time Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician in Norwell, MA. The role delivers individual, group, family therapy and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning within a group-based, short-term program.

Qualified clinicians will hold a Master’s in a mental health field, be license-eligible (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), and have internship hours.

Pay:$28.00-$38.00/hour

The Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist’s training, experience and general level of competence.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
• Conduct intakes as well as handle both case and crisis management
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program is required (Counseling or Social Work preferred)
• Need to have completed an Internship during Masters Program to obtain 45 credits
• Required license eligibility with: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.
• Must be comfortable with a fast pace work environment and handling clients in crisis
• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
• Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
• Good time management skills necessary to maintain timely record keeping
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
