Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is hiring Full Time Clinicians for a Partial Hospitalization Program in Haverhill, MA. The role provides individual, family, and group therapy, with intakes and crisis management as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

About the Role:

Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full Time Clinician opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards licensure in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Haverhill, MA. Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. The Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist's training, experience and general level of competence.

• Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.
• Must be comfortable with a fast pace work environment and handling clients in crisis
• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
• Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
• Good time management skills necessary to maintain timely record keeping
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
