Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a part-time senior engineer to design, deploy, and operationalize a Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environment as part of a Zero Trust modernization effort. The role replaces legacy VPNs and site-to-site tunnels with a scalable secure-access architecture for a large, distributed population of external users.

You will configure ZPA components, integrate Okta and SAML, manage migrations across organizations, and produce runbooks, deployment guides, and end-user documentation while

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating large-scale ZPA environments.
• Proficiency with Okta, SAML, MFA, and identity-based access policies.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end across networks, identity systems and apps.
• Experience leading multi-organization migration waves with strong communications.
• Zscaler certification or related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure ZPA tenant, App Connector, policies, and DNS design.
• Integrate identity providers and translate PV into production ready env.
• Plan phased migrations across multiple organizations with stakeholders.
• Send telemetry to SIEM and manage logs with analytics tools.
• Produce runbooks, deployment guides, and end-user docs.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and hand off to operations.
