Job summary

Graybar in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products move efficiently through the facility. You will receive, store, select, pack and ship inventory using our warehouse management system.

You must be comfortable with lifting, heights, passing pre-employment physicals, and wearing steel-toed boots; shift is Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 7:00pm. This role offers hands-on growth opportunities in a fast-paced, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Minimum age 18.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• No fear of heights.
• Able to lift, climb ladders and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.

Our Zone utilizes a Warehouse Management System so technology is required to perform this job.
