Job summary

Soccer Shots - Southeast PA is hiring part-time Youth Sports Coaches to lead engaging soccer sessions for young children. This role is ideal for college students and future teachers who love working with kids.

Coaches will use our curriculum, run 30–40 minute sessions, and may assist with basketball and movement programs as the program expands. Paid training, sign-on bonus, and reimbursement for clearances are offered with advancement opportunities into Lead Coach, Head Coach, or Program Lead.

Qualifications

• No coaching experience is required; paid training provided.
• Passionate about working with children and teamwork.
• Able to travel to program locations reliably.
• Willing to obtain state clearances reimbursed by Soccer Shots.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow the structured curriculum to create a positive experience.
• Set up fields, goals, and equipment and ensure safety.
• Coach multi-sport programming as opportunities arise.
• Communicate with families and partners professionally.
