Super Soccer Stars in Marin and Sonoma Counties is hiring a part-time Youth Soccer Instructor to lead engaging, educational classes for young players in a non-competitive environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with children, is reliable, and brings positive energy. The role offers a starting pay of $25 per hour for Assistant Coach, with potential progression to Lead Coach at $30–$35 per class, plus a daily commute stipend and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children and/or youth sports.
• Background check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead class sessions following our age-appropriate enrichment curriculum.
• Provide individual attention to ensure each child succeeds.
• Maintain a non-competitive, fun, stress-free class environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage progress and celebrate success.
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
