Soccer Shots Franchising is hiring part-time youth soccer coaches for the DuPage County area. Coaches lead sessions for children ages 2–8, delivering a fun, developmental soccer experience. Paid training and tools are provided, with a flexible schedule to fit mornings and afternoons.

Applicants should be reliable, energetic, and able to engage young learners while maintaining a positive, professional presence with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage groups of children.
• Energetic, engaging, and able to keep kids motivated during sessions.
• Professional conduct and communication with families and school staff.
• Experience with children is strongly preferred or related experience in coaching/camp settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead age-appropriate youth soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Effectively manage groups of 5–10 children during activities.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership.
