Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking a part-time Children's Soccer Instructor to coach sessions for children aged 2–10 across Downey, Norwalk, and surrounding communities. You will deliver our age-appropriate curriculum and foster positive relationships with families and schools.

Ideal candidates are energetic, safety-conscious, and passionate about child development, with 2–5 age experience or ECE units recommended. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and child development.
• Safety-conscious mindset with child welfare as a priority.
• Prior experience with children 2–5 years and/or ECE units recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Coach 4–15 sessions per week for children aged 2–10.
• Deliver our designed curriculum—provided for you.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Represent Soccer Shots as a trusted presence in schools and community spaces across Downey and Norwalk.
