Job summary

Soccer Shots is hiring enthusiastic part-time coaches to lead sessions in Sierra Madre, Duarte and Glendora areas. The program emphasizes character development and foundational soccer skills for children ages 2-8.

We offer comprehensive training, certification, and a supportive team; starting pay $25 per hour, mileage reimbursement, accrued sick leave, 401(k) match after 6 months, and tuition reimbursement after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching children in a preschool or youth setting.
• Ability to lead a class of children as young as 2.
• Strong communication with parents.
• Reliable transportation and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic soccer sessions for children, creating a fun and engaging experience that aligns with our program's goals.
• Create a positive, energetic atmosphere emphasizing teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship in addition to skill-building.
• Oversee all aspects of class operations, from setup and execution to breakdown.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with parents about their child's progress and any program updates.
• Represent Soccer Shots as an ambassador, upholding brand integrity both during and outside of sessions.
