Job summary

Soccer Shots San Francisco Bay is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to engage children ages 2–8 with our energetic, safety-conscious sessions. Local candidates preferred, with schedule flexibility Tue–Fri and weekend sessions, totaling 15–25 hours per week.

You’ll receive competitive pay, starting at $25/hour during training and up to $30/hour after training, plus bonuses and advancement opportunities. Training is provided to learn Soccer Shots’ clear curriculum.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Safety conscious and mindful of kid safety during sessions.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from venues.
• Ability to stand, jog, and model soccer skills for young children.
• Must pass a background check before coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer sessions for ages 2–8 using Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Set up and take down equipment for sessions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and model good sportsmanship.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about progress and schedule.
