Job summary

Soccer Shots DFW South is seeking a passionate soccer instructor to lead classes for children aged 2-6, with no prior soccer experience required. You will follow a weekly curriculum that builds motor skills and character, while maintaining safety and high energy in every session.

Expect flexible hours with weekday and weekend slots, paid training, and opportunities for more hours through additional sessions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Able to work Saturdays (weekend mornings).

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 10 kids (30–35 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 10 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.

Soccer Shots DFW South is looking for a passionate soccer instructor to serve children ages 2-6. (Soccer experience is not required!)

Who We Are

Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to positively impact children's lives. Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session.

What We Offer

• Flexible hours:
  • Weekdays 9 am-11:30 am, 2:30 pm-6 pm
  • Saturdays 9 am-12 pm 3pm - 7pm
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability and location
• Competitive pay: $25 for one 30-minute session

Choose Your Workload

• 8 sessions/week - $200/week
• 10 sessions/week - $250/week
• 12 sessions/week - $300/week
• 14 sessions/week - $350/week

Additional Benefits

• Performance bonuses of $30-$100 per week for outstanding coaching and quality of work
• Additional sessions will be available for coaches who want more hours after 1st season
• Paid training provided
