A children's soccer program is seeking a dedicated leader to coach young children in soccer and character development. Candidates must love working with kids, have a soccer background, and be responsible, with effective communication skills. This role is more than a seasonal position, providing long-term opportunities for growth and development in an empowering environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

• $20 per 30-45 minute session
• Up to 35 sessions per week

What You Need

Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and soccer. They should have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License, a soccer background, preferably coaching or childhood education experience, and must be at least 18 years of age. Not a seasonal position.

1. We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.
2. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training.
3. Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children.
