Job summary

Greater-Kc-Linc is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support Red Ridge Elementary site operations on a part-time basis. You will help ensure safety, assist with setup, and welcome visitors, contributing to a well-organized environment.

The role requires flexibility, good communication, and the ability to lift and move equipment. You’ll work with staff across locations to address daily needs and maintain high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safety and cleanliness of the site.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for daily operations or events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions and guiding them.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or disruptions to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team to implement site procedures and support improvements.
