Responsibilities

• Model the mission and policies of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay.
• Maintain attendance records and program documentation.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for Club members.
• Plan and deliver structured music instruction aligned with educational goals.
• Provide instruction in music theory, vocal performance, instrumental music, and music production.
• Engage youth with music technology and performance projects.
• Foster an inclusive, creative learning environment.
• Support rehearsals, performances, and student showcases.
