Oregon State University’s KidSpirit Youth Organization seeks a part-time Gymnastics Instructor to deliver safe, high-quality instruction to youth while fostering growth and fun. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Typical schedule includes afternoons, afterschool sessions, and occasional community events on campus and around Corvallis. You will plan age-appropriate lessons, supervise participants, and collaborate with staff

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a relevant education program.
• Maintain minimum enrollment and good academic standing.
• Duties require safety certifications and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate gymnastics lessons.
• Ensure participant safety and respond to safety incidents.
• Manage equipment and supervise youth during sessions.
• Promote programs and collaborate with families, staff, and supervisors.
• Attend orientation, staff meetings, and in-service trainings.
