This is a gymnastics-focused position. Experience in dance, cheer, choreography, or tumbling is strongly preferred and may create opportunities to support additional Cannettic Energy programs, special events, performances, and summer camps.
Our ideal coach brings strong gymnastics knowledge, positive energy, age-appropriate instruction, and excellent classroom management. The coach must be self‑motivated, organized, professional, and prepared to independently lead approximately 12–20 active students.

Skills should always be taught using safe, progressive instruction based on each student’s age, experience, and readiness.
A college degree is not required if the applicant can demonstrate strong gymnastics knowledge, safe coaching practices, youth‑teaching experience, and the ability to successfully manage a class.
Experience with after‑school enrichment programs, gymnastics studios, cheer programs, dance studios, recreation programs, or summer camps is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification and gymnastics safety or coaching certifications are preferred. Applicants must be willing to complete all required background clearances, safety training, and program onboarding before beginning work.
