Job summary

Amazing Athletes 2 is seeking an energetic youth coach to lead a variety of enrichment programs for children from 18 months through elementary school. You will teach at least two programs such as Amazing Athletes, Super Soccer Stars, Karate Zoo, Hip Hop Dance, and Little Medical School, and travel between locations.

The role is part-time (15-20 hours/week) with a schedule that includes Monday–Friday and some Saturday mornings, and pays $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Love working with children aged 18 months to elementary school.
• Willing to travel between program locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach at least two of the listed programs (Amazing Athletes, Super Soccer Stars, Karate Zoo, Hip Hop Dance, Little Medical School).
• Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities and manage groups independently.
• Travel between multiple program locations to deliver classes as scheduled.

Programs You'll Teach ( Instructors will teach at least 2 of the programs listed below)

Amazing Athletes
Introduce young children to the fundamentals of 10 different sports

Super Soccer Stars
Teach age-appropriate soccer skills while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Karate Zoo
Lead fun introductory karate classes focused on discipline, respect, coordination, and self-confidence.

Hip Hop Dance
Lead mimic me style dance moves while they learn to keep the beat, flexibility and build their confidence.

Little Medical School
Engage children in exciting, hands-on STEM and medical-themed activities that spark curiosity and inspire learning.

Position Details

• $24.00 per hour
• Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)
• Monday-Friday (morning, afternoon, & evening hours available)
• Saturday morning classes
• Travel required between various program locations

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Loves working with children ages 18 months through elementary school
• Has a positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Is comfortable leading groups of children independently
• Enjoys teaching a variety of subjects including sports, soccer, karate, dance and STEM enrichment
• Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel to program locations
