Job summary

Elevate Sports Center, LLC in Eagle Mountain, UT is hiring a part-time Recreational Coach to support gymnastics, tumbling, NinjaZone and aerial silks for youth programs.

You are dependable, teachable and creative, with enthusiasm for teaching and role modeling; coaching experience is preferred and you should be able to move heavy equipment.

Shifts run 3:00–8:00 pm on weekdays with some Saturday mornings; pay rate is $12.00–$14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work with all types of youth.
• Physically strong to safely spot adolescent youth.
• Able to move heavy equipment.
• Create and implement lesson plans.
• Provide feedback and encouragement to students.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and behavior.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about teaching girls through motivation and role modeling.

Responsibilities

• Coach gymnastic, tumbling, NinjaZone and aerial silks sessions.
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Ensure safety by spotting and supervising participants.
• Move equipment as needed and set up activities.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
