Overtime Athletics is seeking a part-time youth baseball coach to run your own T-ball and baseball classes for ages 3–5 at Fairfax County rec centers across the area. You will implement the OTA curriculum and bring the energy and execution that makes learning baseball fun.

Pay starts at $20–$25/hour with the potential to earn up to $30/hour for returning, experienced coaches. Schedule ranges from 1–4 days per week, with weekday afternoons and/or weekend slots.

Qualifications

• Baseball background or coaching/training experience.
• Experience working with young children (ages 3–5).
• Energetic, engaging teaching style.
• Reliable, punctual, professional demeanor.
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead after-school and weekend T-ball and baseball classes at local schools and rec centers
• Deliver OTA curriculum for the assigned age group
• Teach fundamentals—hitting, fielding, throwing, base running—in a game-based format
• Manage your class independently—from setup to dismissal
• Ensure every kid is safely dismissed before leaving
