Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Part-time Child Care Attendant for our Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness facility in Bentonville, AR. You will supervise and engage children, plan age-appropriate activities, and ensure a safe, fun environment during your shift.

The role requires caring for children, interacting with parents, and supporting developmentally appropriate play. Flexible hours include two shift options, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with young children is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and work quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet parents and interact with them while addressing the needs of the child.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and assist with games and tasks.
• Observe and engage children in play and learning activities.
• Ensure children are safe and engaged in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Participate in activities like reading, painting, crafts, and play.
• Sanitize toys and play equipment; perform other duties as assigned.
