Job summary

Korzen Health in Hudson, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the wound care team part-time, collaborating with Healogics and Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Hospital.

The role focuses on evaluating and managing chronic wounds, developing individualized plans, performing assessments and debridement, and documenting care. Schedule is 2–3 days per week with a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with current Florida APRN license.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Part-time availability 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with chronic and complex wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform wound assessments and procedures, including debridement.
• Monitor patient progress and healing outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education related to wound care and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
