Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians, LLC seeks a part-time hospitalist in Macon, MO to provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings. You will participate in daily rounds across multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, delivering 20–30 patients per day with real-time EMR documentation.

The role offers autonomy and a flexible schedule with no nights, no calls, and no weekend duties, plus paid onboarding and a wound care fellowship. W2 employment with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• See 2–3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation at point of care in real-time using our wound-specific EMR.
• Paid training provided during onboarding and 6-month wound care fellowship.
