Job summary

Orchard Hill Church in Clinton, OH is seeking a part-time Worship Director to help lead our church family in worship and point people to Jesus. This role requires a spiritually mature, musically gifted leader who loves the local church, values teamwork, and desires to help people encounter God through Christ-centered worship.

Responsibilities include leading weekend worship, planning sets and rehearsals with Planning Center, recruiting and developing volunteers, partnering with the Lead Pastor

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with Jesus and spiritual maturity.
• Strong musical ability and confidence leading vocally and/or instrumentally.
• Experience leading, caring for, and developing volunteers.
• Clear communication, dependability, and collaborative spirit.
• Comfort using technology for worship planning and team communication, including Planning Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship for weekend services with a heart for helping people worship Jesus in spirit and truth.
• Plan worship sets, prepare rehearsals, and coordinate volunteers through Planning Center.
• Recruit, encourage, and develop worship and tech team volunteers.
• Partner with the Lead Pastor to support the message, mission, and ministry direction of Orchard Hill Church.
• Participate in key church-wide gatherings such as Christmas Eve, Easter, Fall Fest, and other all-call events.
