Job summary

LifePoint Church is seeking a part-time Worship Arts Director to lead and oversee Sunday morning worship while coordinating the audio, visual, and video components that support our worship gatherings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, excellence, humility, teachability, and a desire to grow through experience.

In collaboration with the Lead Pastor, the director will recruit, lead, equip, schedule, and care for volunteers while shaping worship gatherings in line with LifePoint

Qualifications

• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and strong leadership in a worship ministry context.
• Organize, manage projects, build teams, and develop volunteers for worship and media teams.
• Experience leading worship and overseeing media production in a contemporary church setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sunday morning worship as the primary point person for worship arts.
• Prepare for rehearsals and lead worship team rehearsals.
• Coordinate song selections with the Lead Pastor.
• Recruit, train, schedule, equip, and shepherd volunteer worship team members.
• Coordinate worship schedules and volunteers through Planning Center.
• Plan and implement worship services aligned with LifePoint Church's mission and culture.
• Assist in planning worship for special events outside of Sunday services.
