Responsibilities

• Visits company worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.

• Offers referrals to specialized assistance as needed.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals for employees or family members.
• Provides post-termination care to ease transitions.
• Supports spiritual enrichment activities and distributes resources.
• Represents chaplain services to clients and participates in orientation.
