Job summary

Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach workforce development courses across Business & Professional Development, Computers & Technology, Healthcare & Wellness; Hospitality & Service and Professional Trades & Industry. Positions are filled as needed for Fall/Spring/Summer semesters with day/evening offerings.

Applicants demonstrate experience in relevant occupations, ongoing professional development, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Employment experience in the occupation and industry.
• Maintain active and current license, certifications, and professional development.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven technological proficiency, which may include Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• The ability to work effectively with a diverse student body, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teaching workforce courses during the day or evening.
• Some courses may be taught on the weekends, if needed.
• Positions are appointed on an as needed basis. Review of applications will begin immediately.
