Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and coaching experience at high school level or above, or three years as varsity/professional player or coach.
• Collegiate coaching experience and recruiting experience preferred; experience in prevention and care of athletic injuries desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective teaching of technical skill areas to student-athletes.
• Coach student-athletes in growth and development in the sport and conditioning.
• Develop team and individual strategies to maximize performance.
• Design instructional programs and implement game plans for competitions.
• Recruit student-athletes who meet SCTC standards.
• Supervise assistant coaches and manage staff disciplinary actions.
• Oversee student-athletes' academic progress with CAPS Center.
• Coordinate compliance with NJCAA guidelines and college policies.
• Manage program budget and promote the program to stakeholders.
