You will greet customers, showcase devices and plans, and guide shoppers to the best solutions with a strong emphasis on service and upselling opportunities.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless or retail is a plus but a willingness to learn matters more
• Strong communication and a friendly attitude
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans and accessories a plus
• Comfortable working in a team and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm while identifying wireless needs
• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to drive interest and sales
• Promote upgrades, activations and accessories to hit targets
• Assist customers with setup, troubleshooting and a smooth experience
• Stay informed on promos, trends and new products
• Deliver excellent service and build customer loyalty
• Keep store clean, organized and visually appealing
• Support inventory and stock displays
• Follow policies to ensure secure transactions
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration
• Contribute to a positive shopping environment
