Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative for their Anaheim location. The role involves providing excellent customer service, exceeding sales targets, and participating in marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of retail experience and a high school diploma/GED. Benefits include competitive paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision coverage. Flexible scheduling is required for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in the Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring and maximizing customer accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business.
• Assist with all functions of the retail store.
• Work with management in opening and closing the store.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions.
