Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join its Walmart Wireless Sales Program at Walmart Valley, AL. You will engage with customers about wireless plans, accessories, and services; welcome shoppers and guide them to the best options while meeting team goals.

Paid training, daily pay with DailyPay, base pay with uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities are provided, with no door-to-door duties required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Maintain workstation/kiosk cleanliness and organization.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
