Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is hiring Part-Time Sales Associates – Intermittent Liquor Store Clerks to join our Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores. You will engage with customers, assist with sales, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Comfort with stocking shelves and creating displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and help shoppers find items.
• Process sales using a computerized cash register.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, and set up displays.
• Receive and pack wholesale orders for delivery.
• Lift 30–60 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Operate scanners, dollies, and pallet jacks.
• Ensure alcohol is sold only to legally eligible customers.
• Work well in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
