Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is hiring Part-Time Sales Associates – Intermittent Liquor Store Clerks (ILSC) to join our Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores. You will engage with customers, assist with sales, and help maintain a welcoming shopping experience. This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Work hours vary; minimum 13 hours/week, with potential up to 32 hours weekly. Telework is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• PA residency requirement may apply.
• Background check required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Process sales transactions on a computerized cash register.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, and set up product displays.
• Receive, assemble, and pack wholesale orders; load into vehicles.
• Lift products safely (30–60 lb; up to 60 lb occasionally).
• Stand for extended periods.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Use scanners, box cutters, dollies, carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Ensure alcohol sale only to customers legally permitted to buy.
• Work in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
