Willow Creek Country Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Window Washer & General Cleaner to join our maintenance team. This role primarily involves cleaning windows to keep our club looking pristine, but may also include other light cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and mirrors throughout the club
• Remove dirt, streaks, and smudges using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, wiping surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and occasional deep cleaning projects as needed
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards for cleanliness and appearance
• Follow safety procedures when using ladders, lifts, and cleaning products
• Report any maintenance needs or damages to the appropriate staff

Qualifications:

• Prior window washing or general cleaning experience preferred, but not required – training available
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to work Mondays
