Meridian Bird Removal is the fastest‑growing bird capture company in the country, looking for a Wildlife Technician to embrace daily adventures. The role involves upholding food‑safety standards, managing bird‑related nuisances in commercial spaces, and providing educational support to clients.

Role
  • Serve as the friendly face of Meridian, walking through customer facilities to identify bird activity and potential problems.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their concerns and tailor effective solutions.
  • Adapt to diverse bird‑related challenges, using resourcefulness and problem‑solving skills.
  • Share knowledge of bird behavior and prevention techniques to empower customers to maintain bird‑free spaces.
  • Uphold core values: optimistic, confident, adaptive, committed, excellent service, and helping first.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle with clean record.
  • Mobile smartphone.
  • Residence within 50 miles of Houston, TX.
Job Functions
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lb.
  • Stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.
  • Work exposed to outdoor elements.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Operate at heights, climb ladders, and use scissor lifts.
  • See close and at a distance.
  • Travel long distances to customer sites, using personal vehicles.
