Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• 2–4 year college degree in Physical Fitness, Kinesiology, or related field, or certified in personal training.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided).
• 1 year experience in fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized training sessions to members.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and model positive habits.
• Lead engaging, safe classes aligned with YMCA standards.
• Ensure safety of equipment and facilities and maintain clean spaces.
