Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time, hourly role. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products to help them Live Well. You’ll also restock, manage online orders, and support merchandising while upholding the brand’s Live Well philosophy.

The role requires standing all day, flexible hours including weekends, and being at least 18 years old. Compensation includes incentive opportunities and benefits as described by GNC.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending and twisting.
• Repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reaching with arms.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds, occasionally 40 pounds.
• Work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Sales Associates must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer and tailor recommendations.
• Interact with customers to help choose products.
• Drive for results to exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and on time.
• Promote the Live Well brand messaging.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and store upkeep.
