Job summary

GNC in Mission, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to greet customers, understand their goals, and tailor recommendations to individual needs. You’ll help customers find products and build a memorable shopping experience aligned with our Live Well philosophy.

You will also support store operations, process online orders, and stay current on wellness trends. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required, with eligibility for performance incentives based on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products, and make recommendations based on product knowledge and needs.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning the features, advantages and benefits; stay updated on wellness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing and operating the retail store, including cash handling and inventory.
