Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate in a part-time, hourly role in our store. You will greet customers, assess needs, and offer tailored product recommendations while promoting the Live Well message.

You will also restock, merchandise, fulfill online orders, and maintain a clean store environment. You will support store operations, assist with opening/closing, manage cash handling and deposits, and help maintain inventory and appearance.

Qualifications

• Customer service-orientated interactions to help customers find products.
• Ability to greet customers and assess needs to make product recommendations.
• Comfort with restocking, merchandising, online order fulfillment, and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer and create a welcoming environment to attract customers.
• Help customers choose products based on knowledge and needs, and make recommendations.
• Drive to meet and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and on time per company guidelines.
• Promote the Live Well message to customers and enhance product knowledge.
• Support store management with opening, closing, and cash handling, inventory, and appearance.
