Job summary

GNC is hiring a Sales Associate in Greensboro for a part-time hourly role. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and promote products to meet wellness goals while maintaining store appearance and stocking responsibilities.

The role supports online order fulfillment and offers a performance-based incentive program. Candidates should be able to stand eight hours, work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and actively promote the Live Well brand as part of daily store

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.
• Help customers choose the right products, making recommendations based on product knowledge and customer needs.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning the features, advantages and benefits while staying updated on nutrition, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening/closing and operating the store, including cash handling, inventory counts and deposits, and maintaining store appearance.
